The scope of work includes:
- Support for desktop and laptop computer hardware on the Business LAN and for laboratory environments;
- Configuration and maintenance of Microsoft operating systems;
- Installation and deployment of application software;
- Management of networked and standalone printing and copying devices;
- Facilitation of remote access technologies;
- Maintenance of network cabling systems;
- Support for audio-visual equipment;
- Assistance with end-user telecommunications devices, including telephones and mobile technology;
- Basic server and network administration and monitoring.
