Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-volume, full-service kitchen to ensure operational excellence in food quality, service, and guest experience.
- Oversee critical quality control points for every menu item, including portioning and plating, to guarantee dishes meet our high standards.
- Hire, train, and develop employees to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion to make informed decisions that positively impact our bottom line.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Two or more years of management experience leading back-of-house operations in a high-volume kitchen.
- Minimum of 5 years related culinary experience and/or training.
- Sushi experience is preferred.
- Valid Food Handlers card is required.
