We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Documentation Technician to join our team at PeopleReady. As a Medical Documentation Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our medical records processing.
Key Responsibilities- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, analyzing, and scanning documents into the appropriate file folders.
- Perform document validation and link document images to patient medical records.
- Reconcile documents using corresponding work queues and check data for accuracy.
- Assign codes for insurance reimbursement and mail documents to insurance companies.
- Prepare incoming patient and insurance checks for daily bank deposits.
- Assist in the distribution of inter-office mail and incoming packages, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required with 1 year of office-related medical records experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate related office equipment.
- Background check and drug screening required.

The pay rate for this job is $18.35 per hour.
