Job Description:
Smoothstar Tech is a leading provider of tax preparation solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled TurboTax Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to TurboTax customers via phone.
About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent technical and customer service skills. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their tax-related inquiries, ensuring they receive accurate and timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to TurboTax customers via phone
- Analyze customer issues and determine effective solutions
- Utilize your knowledge of TurboTax products to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or helpdesk environment
- Excellent technical and customer service skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
