Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare plans, dental and vision insurance, holiday and vacation time, 401K, and life insurance.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Brand & Creative Director to oversee all aspects of brand development, management, creative direction, production, PR, and education. Your expertise will help deliver compelling and cohesive brand experiences across various channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Provide strategic direction and creative vision for all brand initiatives
  • Define and maintain our brand's visual identity
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer insights to continuously evolve and refine our brand positioning
  • Lead the production of high-quality video and photography content
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content across various platforms
  • Drive the design process for digital and print materials
  • Manage and mentor a team of creatives
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and sales teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic brand management, creative direction, and/or marketing roles
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design production and copywriting
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design and editing software
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, graphic design, videography, photography, and copywriting
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
