Job Description

This leadership role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, sales, operations, marketing, and corporate functions, to develop product assortments that meet customer needs and expectations.

You will create merchandising assortment strategies aligned with the core business strategy and customer focus, clearly articulating the vision to stakeholders and implementing plans to drive revenue growth and market differentiation.
