Job Title: Patient Services Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Services Manager to join our team at ThreePDS Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Clinical Dietitians and MNT program, as well as the overall operation and management of the Patient Services Program.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and oversee the Clinical Dietitians and MNT program
* Manage the overall operation and management of the Patient Services Program
* Coordinate daily floor stock delivery and monitor costs
* Implement performance improvement and quality control programs for Food and Nutrition Services
* Serve as Safety & Infection Control Officer for Food and Nutrition Services
* Oversee the Computrition program and serve as on-site administrator and liaison with IT&S department
* Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and counseling of staff in accordance with hospital HR policies
* Perform rounds with nursing, staff, patients, etc. as assigned, and document in appropriate systems
* Coordinate and/or perform staff development functions, including department-specific needs assessment, development of goals and objectives, implementation methods, evaluation measures, and instruction of education activities
* Ensure all required documentation is completed in a timely manner
* Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and regulatory standards such as TJC, CMS, etc.
* Provide education support for staff and ensure necessary certifications are maintained
* Participate on hospital committees and be involved with leadership development programs
* Monitor employee attendance for timeliness and accrual of incremental overtime using KRONOS on a daily basis
* Coordinate facility preceptors for Dietetic Interns

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics required
* Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration
* Must hold TX Licensure
* Food Service Managers Certification (does not need to have it in hand but will need to obtain it later)
* Advanced certification (i.e. CNSC, CDE, CSP, etc...), preferred
* 1 year of recent leadership dietitian experience in acute care required (must have stable work history)
