Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Vice President in developing niche market strategies to expand our services.
  • Participate in on-site meetings and events to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with all departments to ensure efficient sales processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop creative plans to generate leads through various sources, including cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to individual customers' needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through follow-up contact and consultation to protect and grow market share.
  • Stay up-to-date with all services offered by Memorial MRI & Diagnostic and the competitive market.
  • Maximize occupancy of each modality and fill void areas to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Interact directly with referring accounts to promote marketing services and tools.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
