Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by adhering to company service standards.

- Be vigilant regarding Loss Prevention issues involving customers and staff.
- Participate in inventory management, assist with shipping and receiving, and help with merchandise placement on the sales floor as necessary.

Cash Handling Duties
- Process all sales transactions accurately through the POS system, following established policies and procedures.
- Ensure all footwear is checked for matching pairs during sales transactions.

Essential Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Basic communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, along with organizational and mathematical abilities.
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in specialty retail or footwear, is preferred.
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures is beneficial.
- Understanding of visual merchandising standards and store presentation guidelines.
