Key Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Human Resources, will be tasked with executing and overseeing the human resources strategy aligned with the company’s objectives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Facilitating the implementation of HR policies and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Conducting investigations related to employee relations issues.
  • Supporting daily HR activities to foster positive employee relations.
  • Managing the recruitment process, including interviews and compliance with regulations.
  • Providing administrative support for employment processing and ensuring data integrity in HR systems.
  • Delivering training sessions as needed.
  • Advising on conflict resolution and employee relations matters.
  • Collaborating with management on retention and performance management strategies.
  • Overseeing compensation programs and performance evaluations.
  • Maintaining affirmative action programs and compliance with EEO regulations.
  • Participating in administrative meetings and representing the company in unemployment claims.
  • Ensuring adherence to federal and state employment regulations.
  • Maintaining employee records and files.
  • Utilizing logical reasoning to address complex problems and decision-making.
  • Exhibiting strong teamwork and commitment to company values.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 6-9 years of experience with a BA in Human Resources preferred, or 4-7 years with an MBA.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse workforce.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
