Position Title: Regional Sales Consultant
Location: Niagara County & Orleans County

Compensation: $20-$22/hour + potential bonus

Reid Petroleum is in search of a committed Regional Sales Consultant to enhance our team. As an essential member of our sales department, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers maintain our brand standards and contract adherence, while also monitoring competitive pricing in your assigned region.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Forge Enduring Relationships: Cultivate and maintain trust-based connections with our esteemed customers across retail, consignment, and wholesale sectors.
  • Act as the Authority: Be the primary contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring effective communication of critical information between clients and Reid Petroleum.
  • Exhibit Excellence: Demonstrate outstanding customer service capabilities, efficiently addressing issues and guiding customers through any challenges they encounter.
  • Drive Sales Strategies: Implement and manage brand initiatives and marketing tactics to enhance sales, while adhering to company policies and promoting brand loyalty.
  • Pursue Continuous Improvement: Analyze quarterly mystery shop report outcomes with customers to foster enhancements in service and performance.
  • Strategic Oversight: Evaluate site performance and sales patterns through regular audits, ensuring operational integrity and identifying maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure Service Excellence: Oversee service calls and maintenance schedules to guarantee prompt resolutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitive dynamics by strategically assessing market conditions and executing price adjustments at retail sites.
  • Educate and Empower: Deliver comprehensive training and orientation to customers regarding fuel facility operations, compliance, and marketing prerequisites.
  • Manage Supply Chain: Ensure all retail locations are stocked with necessary supplies as per contractual agreements with Reid Petroleum.
  • Financial Coordination: Assist in managing accounts receivable and other financial responsibilities between customers and Reid Petroleum.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management and territory sales.
  • Industry Insight: Strong comprehension of fuel retail operations, compliance regulations, and marketing strategies.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for negotiation and problem resolution.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within your designated region.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of S2K service program is advantageous.
  • Driving Credentials: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
