Job Title: Regional Director

At Dollar Tree, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our regional operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple stores and districts, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all stores within your region are operating at the highest level of efficiency, with a focus on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability.
  • Leadership and Development: Directly supervise and develop a team of District Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of your region, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Ensure that our stores are well-stocked with the right products, at the right prices, and in the right quantities, to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Partner with our Zone Vice President, Zone Operations Director, and other stakeholders to drive business growth, share best practices, and address operational challenges.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.
  • Skills: Proven ability to drive profitable sales growth, strong communication skills, and experience with technology such as Microsoft, Excel, and electronic calendars.
