Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in consistent communication with customers regarding Quality
  • Lead and oversee all Quality-related compliance audits
  • Ensure that Quality products are shipped to customers
  • Collaborate with all elements of the business including the production team, quality department, sales, suppliers, and maintenance
  • Be a dynamic leader who will engage in meaningful communications and provide direct and mutual feedback

Requirements:

  • BS and or equivalent experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred

  • 3+ years experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment
