Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Introduce products and services that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Ensure clients are quickly connected to the right teammate to meet their needs.
  • Educate clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Minimum six months of client service experience in financial services, retail sales, or another results-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded.
Skills:
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Customer and client focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
