Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire reconstruction process, from initial assessment to project completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects successfully.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that projects are completed within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the restoration and reconstruction industry.
