Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain open communication with property and regional staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop a cohesive team that embodies the company's quality and professionalism.
  • Process accounts payable and assist with procurement card reconciliations in our automated accounting system.
  • Organize and maintain files, order office supplies, and research company-sponsored activities.
  • Attend training programs and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Handle inquiries by telephone and run errands as needed to support property staff.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of office experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, and automated accounting systems.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
