We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Associate to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our club staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, guests, and fellow team members, while upholding the Planet Fitness Judgement Free Zone philosophy.

Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests, assist with questions and concerns, and promote our Judgement Free Zone.
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate to a manager as needed.
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with their inquiries.
  • Perform membership-related functions, such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and collecting unpaid balances.
  • Conduct prospective member calls and tours, assessing their membership needs.
  • Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, facilities, and communal spaces.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free.
  • Perform a comprehensive walk of the club, addressing safety, policy, and cleanliness concerns.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
