Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Employment Law Attorney to join our vibrant team.

This role presents a unique opportunity for a motivated legal professional to leverage their knowledge and expertise in employment law, wrongful termination, workers' compensation, and employment discrimination.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Employment Law Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing clients in various employment law matters, including wrongful termination, workers' compensation, and employment discrimination.
  • Providing legal counsel to clients on a wide array of employment issues, including hiring, termination, compensation, benefits, and workplace policies.
  • Conducting comprehensive research and analysis of legal issues pertaining to employment law.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and revising employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Representing clients before administrative agencies, arbitration panels, and courts at all levels.
  • Staying informed on current laws, regulations, and industry trends in employment law to deliver accurate and effective legal advice.
  • Collaborating with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure optimal representation for our clients.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Employment Law Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law, specifically with cases involving wrongful termination, workers' compensation, and employment discrimination.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes favorably for our clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
