Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Permanent Associate Attorney to join our Family Law practice. This role presents a unique opportunity to engage with a variety of complex family law cases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to client service and a passion for family law.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney specializing in Family Law, your duties will include:

1. Managing a diverse portfolio of family law cases, such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, mediation, and prenuptial agreements.
2. Representing clients in court, during mediations, and in negotiations.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings and agreements.
4. Conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies.
5. Advising clients on their rights and options, ensuring they are well-informed about potential outcomes.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.
7. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
8. Staying informed on developments in family law and participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

1. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and good standing.
3. At least 5 years of experience in family law, particularly in divorce and mediation.
4. Proven litigation experience, including court representation and settlement negotiations.
5. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster client relationships.
7. A commitment to ethical legal practices and client confidentiality.
8. The ability to manage a high volume of cases while maintaining attention to detail.
9. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
