Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the front desk and guest services team to ensure seamless execution of daily operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and execute action plans to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front desk or guest services role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and driving business results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with hotel operations software and systems.
  • Knowledge of hotel industry trends and best practices.
  • Certifications in hospitality or related field (e.g. Certified Hotel Administrator, Certified Hospitality Administrator).
