Member Services Representative

Fairfield, CA

Pay: $16.50/hour

We're committed to providing a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing a superior level of customer service.
  • Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and assisting with membership sales.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including completing daily tasks and assisting with special cleaning projects.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude and passion for fitness and health.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact with members and co-workers in a positive and professional way.
Physical Demands:
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
