Building Maintenance Mechanic Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Professional to join our team at Talantage, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in apartment maintenance and repair, with the ability to lift 20-pound objects and hold a current VA or NC driver's license.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Maintenance and Repair Professional, you will be responsible for performing routine structural, plumbing, appliance, and electrical maintenance assignments to repair apartment units. You will also operate a standard motor vehicle to transport equipment and tools, and make repairs and replacements to prepare apartments for new tenants.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with colleagues and residents. A high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate is required, as well as three to five years of progressively responsible apartment maintenance experience.
