Job DescriptionThe Master Diesel Mechanic Specialist is a critical member of our transportation team, supporting the movement of essential goods across America's food distribution system. Your expertise will help maintain a safe and inclusive work environment, adhering to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Preventative Maintenance: Complete regular checks on fleet diesel equipment, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
- Diagnostics and Repairs: Use advanced tools and technologies to diagnose complex vehicle issues, performing repairs and maintenance tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Mentorship and Training: Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent Experience.
- 5-7 years of practical experience with truck and tractor-trailer maintenance.
