Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a food or poultry processing facility, with a focus on sanitation and operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office software applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental health or operations management.
