Concessions Manager

The Concessions Supervisor will be responsible for managing the operations of concession stands, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. This role will involve supervising team members, maintaining inventory and equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of concession stands, including supervising team members and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Ensure proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest's questions and needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum of one year leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance and support to team members.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
