Position Overview: In the role of Growth Marketing Director, you will spearhead and execute marketing initiatives aimed at cultivating new leads and enhancing customer acquisition. Your responsibilities will include crafting detailed marketing strategies, collaborating with sales to produce impactful content, overseeing marketing campaigns, and working alongside cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. You will leverage account-based marketing approaches to accelerate growth and optimize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive account-based marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition and revenue.
- Establish clear marketing plans to ensure that social media, email, and advertising campaigns yield qualified leads for the sales team.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to synchronize marketing efforts and support revenue goals.
- Employ data analytics to assess campaign performance and refine marketing strategies for optimal effectiveness.
- Efficiently manage the marketing budget, allocate resources wisely, and optimize expenditures across various marketing initiatives.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the market landscape, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to uncover preferences and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Oversee website messaging, positioning, and calls to action to ensure that our ideal customer profile is engaged effectively.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding marketing performance, return on investment, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of advertising campaigns across various social media platforms tailored to specific target audiences.
- Creative proficiency in content creation using Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, including goal setting and performance enhancement.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Apollo and Hubspot.
