Job Summary:
Pittsburgh Cultural Trust seeks a Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional service to its subscribers, donors, and visitors. This is a part-time position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for processing subscriptions, single tickets, and customer inquiries via phone and email. A strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) databases is preferred. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, and work well under pressure.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or the ticketing industry. Prior experience with CRM databases is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The salary for this position is $18.00 per hour.
