Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Proactively pursue, execute, and provide updates on projects related to international trade and business development.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research using databases and websites to identify new business opportunities and trends in the global market.
  • Process Optimization: Coordinate cross-functionally with other teams to solidify, optimize, and synergize current and new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Business Development: Facilitate and manage challenging and new projects that provide growth opportunities for our members.
  • Administrative Support: Provide overall administrative support to teams based on need and availability, including preparing time sheets and activity/progress reports.
Qualifications
  • A commitment of at least one quarter/semester with 10-20 hours per week.
  • A strong interest in international trade and business development.
  • Strong ability to conduct research and analysis.
  • Ability to take initiative and be execution-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Possess intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office 365).
  • Ability to work with others and respect each other's culture and background.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
