Position Overview

Trillium Family Services is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Therapist to join our team in the Bend/LaPine region. This role is pivotal in providing therapeutic support to clients within the local school districts, focusing on family, individual, and group therapy.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for new clients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including clinicians, psychiatrists, and psychologists, to enhance client treatment.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of children and families.
Compensation

Salary details are as follows:

  • Unlicensed candidates: Starting at $60,000, depending on experience.
  • Licensed candidates: Starting at $64,800, depending on experience.
  • In-house licensure supervision is provided at no cost, potentially saving employees significant expenses.
  • Flexible work hours with a Monday through Friday schedule.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Eligibility for certification as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage and family therapist in Oregon.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Experience at the QMHA or QMHP level in outpatient mental health settings.
Preferred Skills

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in psychiatric care.
  • Strong differential diagnostic skills.
