Trillium Family Services is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Therapist to join our team in the Bend/LaPine region. This role is pivotal in providing therapeutic support to clients within the local school districts, focusing on family, individual, and group therapy.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for new clients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including clinicians, psychiatrists, and psychologists, to enhance client treatment.
- Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of children and families.
Salary details are as follows:
- Unlicensed candidates: Starting at $60,000, depending on experience.
- Licensed candidates: Starting at $64,800, depending on experience.
- In-house licensure supervision is provided at no cost, potentially saving employees significant expenses.
- Flexible work hours with a Monday through Friday schedule.
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Eligibility for certification as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage and family therapist in Oregon.
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Experience at the QMHA or QMHP level in outpatient mental health settings.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in psychiatric care.
- Strong differential diagnostic skills.
