About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Child and Family Therapist to join our team at Trillium Family Services in Bend/LaPine, Oregon.

Job Summary:

The Child and Family Therapist will provide family, individual, and group therapy to clients in the Bend/LaPine area, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the overall treatment of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide family, individual, and group therapy to clients in the Bend/LaPine area
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of new clients
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians, psychiatric medication providers, psychologists, and skills trainers to enhance client treatment
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Eligibility for certification in the State of Oregon as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage and family therapist
  • Previous experience working with children and/or adolescents
  • Experience at the QMHA or QMHP level in an outpatient mental health treatment facility, hospital, residential, or day treatment setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Psychiatric care experience
  • Differential diagnostic skills
