Job Title: Construction Administrator

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year + Discretionary Bonus

Job Description:
The Construction Administrator provides critical support to the Project Manager in ensuring successful project oversight and execution. Key responsibilities include interpreting contract documents, observing work in place, and reporting to ensure design intent is achieved. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent education required
* Degree in architecture or construction management preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam
* Ability to navigate various project management software programs
* Strong communication skills for interoffice and intraoffice coordination
