Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to join our team at AVSAR CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT INC. This role is responsible for providing crucial administrative support to our Project Managers and Project Engineers, ensuring the seamless execution of bids and contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with previous experience as a Construction Office Manager / Bid Coordinator being highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential, as well as excellent organizational, self-motivation, and analytical abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the entire bid process, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders, and providing comprehensive support to subcontractors. The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
