Carolina West Wireless is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our existing and new customers through a call center environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
* Utilize computer systems to update customer accounts, verify eligibility, and process payments
* Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 year degree preferred
* Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred
* Familiarity with northwestern North Carolina strongly preferred
* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet

**Remote Requirements:**

* Wired internet connection with minimum download speed of 40 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps
* Quiet workspace free from distractions and background noise
