Assist the Assistant Director for Student Services and the graduate student program in the following ways:
- Support graduate admission and job market processes, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Accompany prospective graduate students on flyouts, providing a warm welcome and facilitating their experience.
**Collaborate with the Student Services Team:**
Work closely with the Student Services Officer and the Undergraduate Coordinator to provide exceptional support to students, focusing on:
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to students, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Skills Development: Foster a supportive environment that encourages students to develop their skills and abilities.
**Requirements:**
