COVID-19 Vaccination Policy:
As a prominent healthcare provider, we prioritize the health and safety of our patients, customers, and team members.
All employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Employment offers will be contingent upon proof of vaccination or an approved medical or religious exemption. Position Overview:
Under the guidance of a licensed Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and precise pharmacy operations in alignment with Option Care Health's policies and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prescription Management: Process prescription refills and new drug orders, accurately count, pour, and mix pharmaceuticals, and package products with appropriate labeling.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels by validating incoming supplies, creating purchase orders for shortages, and managing the removal of expired materials.
- Patient Interaction: Collect and maintain patient data for assessments and respond to non-routine inquiries.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of workspaces and supplies.
Supervisory Role:
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience.
- Licensure or registration as required by state regulations.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in customer service with a focus on quality and satisfaction.
- Proficient in basic and intermediate mathematical calculations.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Capability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in home health settings.
Compensation:
Salary will be determined based on education, experience, and internal equity, with a pay range of $20.66-$34.43.
