Executive Chef Opportunity at Hufft Marchand Hospitality

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hufft Marchand Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, food and labor costs, and kitchen operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Excel, Word, Google Docs, and Gmail
  • Positive energy and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

As an Executive Chef at Hufft Marchand Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of chefs and hospitality professionals to create innovative and delicious menu offerings. You will be responsible for mentoring, motivating, and managing all aspects of the kitchen, including daily duties, computer work, and guest interactions.
