Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward individual to join our Abercrombie Kids team as a Brand Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a warm and inviting store environment, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Provide personalized service to customers, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to their inquiries.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensure merchandise is properly displayed, and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management through effective communication and active listening.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Maintain a secure and organized store environment, report any incidents or concerns to management, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Policies and Procedures: Familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, and adhere to them at all times.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
