Palliative Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care Physician to join our team at MultiCare Palliative Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide palliative care to patients with serious illnesses, focusing on symptom management and quality of life.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address patients' goals and values.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Board certification in Palliative Medicine or a related field.
- Completion of a palliative care fellowship program.
- Palliative care certification.
- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Licensed in the state of Washington by the time of employment.
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
