Palliative Care Physician Opportunity in Spokane, Washington

About the Opportunity
Providence Medical Group-Eastern Washington is seeking a compassionate, board-eligible/board-certified full-time Palliative Care physician to join a well-established, mission-driven team in Spokane, Washington.
The practice is focused on providing inpatient consultative services with a small outpatient presence. You can expect to work with a wide variety of cases from the ICU, medical floors, surgical teams, ED, LVAD, as well as see congenital heart patients.
As part of a robust care team, you will be working alongside Hospice and Palliative Medicine board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, nurses, a dedicated chaplain and a music thanatologist.
What We Offer
- A Monday to Friday schedule
- No call or weekends
- Team-based care model with an interdisciplinary care team comprised of board-certified Hospice and Palliative care physicians and palliative care trained APCs, nurses, social workers and chaplains
- Ample opportunity for teaching medical students and residents as faculty of two medical schools and local Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residencies
