We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our Hospice and Palliative Medicine team. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our medical team to provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with serious illnesses. Your expertise in palliative care will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with serious illnesses
  • Collaborate with our medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop strategies for improving patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant
  • Experience in palliative care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
