Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of New Equipment Inventory Supervisor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the Machine Division by overseeing the inventory management process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and equipment/work tool knowledge, with at least three years of experience. A minimum of one year of management experience is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Select, evaluate, train, and develop inventory operations staff
  • Collaborate with the Machine Inventory Manager in reviewing the inventory accounts
  • Maintain and verify all order activities from CAT and non-CAT vendors

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated skills in developing, coaching, and training others
  • Effective utilization of organizational, planning, self-management, analytical, problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience.
