We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Refresco.

About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate control of inventory, including techniques such as cycle counting and adjusting inventory on a weekly basis. The successful candidate will also participate in physical inventories and assist with goods receipt functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cycle counts before and after production runs, as well as cycle counts for items on a predetermined SAP schedule.
  • Ensure accurate postings of daily production in SAP and ensure process orders are closed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile finished goods production with inventory in SAP.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing filing of all necessary documents pertaining to inventory, trending and monitoring inventory accuracy and standard loss factor variances, and completing all reporting for co-pack customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree in Administration, Computer Science or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in Inventory Control, preferably using an ERP system such as SAP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.
