Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Parts Inventory Specialist to join our team at Kahlig Auto Group.

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and facilitating efficient parts distribution.
  • Collaborate with the parts manager to optimize inventory control processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to technician requests.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing parts invoices for shuttle drivers.
  • Conduct bin counts weekly to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Put up stock daily to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Keep the parts area clean and secure at all times.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills and experience with office equipment (copier, credit card machine, telephone).
  • Automotive experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Texas driver's license required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Pass a drug test prior to hire.
  • Self-disciplined and motivated individual who goes above and beyond expectations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
