Job Title: Inventory Control Manager

About the Job:

The University Health is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to oversee the entire inventory control process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all inventory distribution activities required for timely replenishment of products throughout our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION: Supervise and coordinate all inventory distribution activities required for timely replenishment of products throughout the University Health facilities.
  • INVENTORY MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES: Execute inventory management and control strategies to optimize defined inventory stock levels of products and equipment.
  • STAFF SUPERVISION: Supervise all inventory control staff; administer all par locations and levels; create and implement opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness of the inventory management and control process, and monitor trends to ensure that the right item, is available in the right amount at the right time.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree preferred. Five years supervisory experience in the materials management field required. Six or more years of supervisory experience in the materials management field is preferred. Extensive and successful materials management/supply chain leadership experience within a complex healthcare organization, healthcare GPO experience, or CMRP certification is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
