Job Summary

Risk Adjustment Medical Coder

Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Risk Adjustment Coder to join our team. This role will be a hybrid opportunity, with potential to become remote, and a contract role for our healthcare client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and efficient coding of medical charts
  • Perform risk adjustment reports and identify trends in coding and documentation to improve reimbursement efficiency
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required, Associate's degree preferred
  • CPC and CRC certification required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in medical coding/risk adjustment coding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet production metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Benefits

LHH Recruitment Solutions offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. Our benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.
