We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our Human Resources team at YPrime. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the processing of hourly pay, salary pay, commissions, and bonuses for US and UK-based employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the processing of hourly pay, salary pay, commissions, and bonuses for US and International employees.
- Manage company 401(k) plan and create 401(k) summary for hourly and salaried employees.
- Create and provide the payroll posting by department to the Accounting Department.
- Verify all changes to payroll made by the Human Resources department (new hires, increases, etc.).
- Audit health, dental, and vision insurance for employee coverage by department.
- Manage state tax registration, and payroll setup, and collaborate with the Finance team on taxes.
- Manage annual workers' compensation validation.
- Manage the annual non-discriminatory testing and benefits audits (including 5500 and 401(k) audits).
- Support compensation management, benchmarking, and gap analysis.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and supervisors.
- Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches.
- Respond to any data or reporting requests related to payroll, HRIS, and timekeeping, including unemployment and wage verifications.
- Support the leave administration process.
- Other duties as needed.
