This pivotal role requires an expert in restaurant operations, with a proven track record of managing purchasing, inventory control, food, and kitchen labor management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to our Denver-based team.

  • A competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
  1. Purchasing and Inventory Control: Ensure seamless procurement of high-quality ingredients and optimize inventory levels
  2. Culinary Functions: Oversee kitchen operations, including line, prep cooking, recruiting, hiring, staff training, scheduling, cleanliness, and food safety
  3. Payroll Hours Submission: Submit bi-weekly payroll hours in compliance with company policies
  4. Marketing Events: Partner with the marketing team on off-site events and contribute to staff training and development
