The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for the staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive catering experience and high-volume, complex foodservice operations expertise.

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated annual salary of $80,000, as well as comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and holiday time off (varies by site/state).

Key responsibilities include planning regular and modified menus, training kitchen staff, establishing cleaning and maintenance schedules, and complying with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations.

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience and hold A.S. or equivalent experience.
