Culinary Operations Manager

Olive and Finch is currently seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily food operations, including employee selection, development, and performance management.
Job Responsibilities- Manage the inventory and ordering of food and supplies to optimize profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality in the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, meal discounts, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
