Job Title: Global E&C Training Specialist

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about developing innovative therapies for patients. As a Global E&C Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficient and effective operation of the Ethics & Compliance Program across E&C and Astellas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the authoring and maintenance of operating standards for Ethics & Compliance Program training & communication tools.
  2. Direct and lead projects and training programs to ensure uniform application and use of training and communication tools and resources.
  3. Develop and implement analysis techniques to generate insights from training and communications data.
  4. Manage contracting process and project development with external learning and communications design and development vendors.
  5. Oversee and assure timely and accurate reporting data and business insights from Ethics & Compliance tools and systems.
  6. Identify and implement opportunities to drive the integration of the Ethics & Compliance Program through globalization of Ethics & Compliance resources, systems, programs, and processes.
  7. Support the Head, E&C Transformation, Training & Communications with the development and deployment of the program.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in training and compliance, with experience in developing and implementing global training programs. You will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
